My name is Brandon Davis. I am a proud United States Marine Corps veteran and Purple Heart recipient who served with 3rd Battalion, 1st Marines during Operation Phantom Fury in Fallujah, Iraq. My experiences in the Marine Corps taught me the importance of courage, loyalty, accountability, and standing up for what you believe is right. Above everything else, I am a proud father. My family has always been one of the strongest motivations in my life and a reminder that what we do today helps shape the world our children inherit. Throughout my life, I have also been involved in my community, including coaching and working with young people. I believe strong communities are built by ordinary citizens who are willing to step forward, serve others, speak their minds, and take responsibility for making their hometown a better place. I have faced challenges, celebrated victories, and learned from difficult times. Through it all, I have tried to live by the same principles I learned as a Marine: never quit, protect those who depend on you, stay true to your word, and always keep moving forward.
I am running for Elbert County Commissioner because I believe public service should be about principles, not party labels. To me, real leadership means limited government, fiscal responsibility, and a deep respect for our Constitution. I’m running because I believe elected officials work for you—not special interests, developers, or government bureaucracy. If elected, I will make sure you know exactly where your tax dollars are going. We must manage our growth responsibly so that our roads, water, public safety, and precious rural heritage are never treated as afterthoughts. When local government makes a decision, you deserve to know who made it, why, and how it benefits our community. This isn't about political parties; it's about holding government accountable to the people it serves. My commitment is to individual liberty, responsible government, and the citizens of Elbert County.
